Initial Visit

At your first visit, you will complete a medical history and we will perform a comprehensive evaluation of your situation. You may come in early to complete the form or alternatively, you can fill out our online form here.

Please ensure that we have the following:

• Recent x-rays and a referral from your referring dentist. Your dentist can email the relevant information to us via info@redgumperio.com.au or our referral page.

• A list of medications you are currently taking.
